1. Do you ship internationally?
We only offer free shipping to the USA and Canadian addresses at this time. We do not ship internationally.
2. How is my order shipped?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and then shipped immediately after.
3. How long until I receive my order?
Most orders will arrive within one to two weeks. High demand items could take as long as 5 weeks to arrive at your USA or Canadian address.
4. Will I receive a tracking code?
We've worked hard on this matter for many months. By January 25th, 2018 a tracking code will be available for most, but not all items from the point of shipping to delivery to your USA or Canadian address.
5. How do I contact FOMO if I am concerned about my order?
Simply send us an email with your order number and we will personally address your concerns within 24 hours after receiving the email
Unfortunately, since all items are shipped from various warehouses, FOMO does not offer refunds or returns. Partial credit on damaged or defective items in some instances may apply, just send us an email with pictures and we will try our best to resolve the issue for you.
6. How do I know that my credit card information is safe?
SSL certificates are activated by default for your checkout. Having SSL certificates on our online store adds a new layer of security—256-bit encryption by using HTTPS instead of HTTP. The SSL padlock icon beside our online store's URL will give you the confidence to shop knowing your information is safe.
